Warning** Your NOT actually ready to sell your home

Selling before you’re ready actually could make you miss out on some serious profit! If your home isn’t ready to sell, you could end up selling it for less $$$ than it should sell for.

So it’s time to get honest about if you’re ready to sell your home or not. 

If your home needs some maintenance or clean up, it’s critical that you take care of it before you list so you can get the most profit from selling your home. 

The same thing goes if you haven’t disclosed everything about your home–that’s a big mistake that can cost you after the buyer’s inspection. 

You also need to understand how much your home is worth and make sure that you price it correctly. Incorrect pricing can cost you sales and make it so your home doesn’t sell for the max price.
