🤔 What’s the latest news with the real estate market in Roane County?

Well, I’ve analyzed the data for you & the numbers are in!

And to provide some context, let’s dive deeper into how these market trends might impact you.

✔️ Number of homes for sale indicates how many homes are actively for sale in our market now and the level of inventory. Typically, we see more homes listed for sale during the Spring market.

There are more homes for sale with 326 of homes on the market at this time.

✔️ Average sales price is down compared to last month. This indicates that the average price of homes sold has decreased.

✔️ Average days on market is how long a home is actively for sale before it goes under contract.

Currently, our days on the market is longer than last month.

🏡 Tip 🏡 If you’re thinking about buying, now is the BEST time!
